Description:

Currently, while you are editing active GLIM account, then it is possible to change repayment day, but it shouldn't be possible.
Repro:
1. Search for any active GLIM Loan Account.
2. Click on 'Edit account information' link.
3. Check 'Repayment day:' field.
Expected result:
'Repayment day:' field is disabled and it is not possible to change it.
Actual result:
'Repayment day:' field is not disabled and it is possible to change repayment day etc.
Note:
When account is in "Pending approval"/"Partial application" state, 'Repayment day:' field has no validation, so it is possible if you enter strings instead of numbers, stack trace appears and if you enter e.g. 88 day of every month then error with red dot appears.
