Description:

Currently, if enable extended Family Details in config file, then it is not possible to import clients via Client Data Import functionality.
Repro:
1. Enable Family Details in config file (ClientInformation.AreFamilyDetailsRequired=true)
2. Start Mifos.
3. Go to Admin -> Import client data.
4. Select file to import (you can use attached file)
5. Click Submit.
Expected result:
Clients are successfully imported.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears. See attached file.
