Description:

Currently, if you create a new GLIM loan account and change the number of installments while Loan is in 'Pending Approval' state, then after disbursal on Individual Schedule of every member, the number of installments is the same as during loan creation.
Repro:
1. Create a new GLIM loan account with e.g. 10 installments.
2. When Loan is in Pending Approval state, modify number of installments to e.g. 12 installments.
3. Disburse Loan.
4. Check Group Loan Schedule and Individual Schedules.
Actual result:
On Group Loan schedule there are 12 installments while on Individual schedules there are 10 installments.
Expected result:
On both schedules there should be 12 installments.
