It is impossible to download report template.

REPRO:

  1. Login to Mifos
  2. Go to "Admin" page
  3. Click on "View reports templates" link
  4. Click on any "Download" link

Actual Result:
Stack trace appears. See attached file.

Expected Result:
There is no stack trace and template is downloaded properly.
