Probably not needed for quite some time.
Mifos X is multi-tenanted i.e. a number of MFI's can share the same installation.
Every MFI (tenant) has its own database. Tenant details are defined in a master database called mifosplatform-tenants.
Currently, we add tenants manually. This is quite easy requiring just
1) An entry in the mifosplatform-tenants.tenants table
2) Create a new database (usually naming standard is mifostenant-NEWTENANT)
3) Set the super user password and inform new tenant
Because its so easy and we don't do many at the moment, we don't need to invest in writing the subscription process (but may need to at some point)
i.e. signup-screen where uses enters the details that will go into the mifosplatform-tenants.tenants followed by an automatic initialising of their database.
