Description: All shortcuts on the left column on the ‘clients & accounts” tab (create group, 
kentra, etc) require you to enter a group or kendra name. Want to be able to 
enter a system ID like you can on other parts of the site.

Also the text under heading should be modified and Global ID should be added e.g. 'Enter a Center name or Global ID and click Search. Click Cancel to return to Clients & Accounts without submitting information. '
