After you added missing file, I was able to upload and generate the report.
I compared the new version of report with old one and there are the following issues that should be fixed:
1. There is no report name.
2. Branch name, Loan Officer, Product, Report date and Prepared by labels are missing.
3. There is no header in the table with column names (Loan Number, Client, Loan Amount, Balance, Past Due, Arrears, 1-30, 31-60 etc.)
4. Overdue, Current, Total portfolio, Percentage at risk, More than 30 days etc. labels are missing
5. Value 2.852 is rounded to 2.9% in one place and to 2.8% in other place.
I attached two screenshots on which you can see the differences (missing parts are selected with red box and related number).
