Description:

Currently, if you create Question Group with new Single Smart Select question and try to attach QG to for example Center (by using 'Attach a new Question Group' link), then this message is displayed instead of question: "Unknown question type SMART_SINGLE_SELECT".
Repro:
1. Create a new Question Group with new Single Smart Select question and attach this QG to View flow (e.g. View Center)
2. Go to Center details page and click on 'Attach a new Question Group' link.
3. Select previously created QG
4. On the next page, check new Single Smart Select question.
Expected result:
New Single Smart Select question is properly displayed.
Actual result:
Message is displayed instead of question: "Unknown question type SMART_SINGLE_SELECT".
