Description:

Currently, if enable repaying overdue interest first option (OverdueInterestPaidFirst=true) then after repaying all overdue interests, there is a negative balance of interest.
Repro:
1. Enable OverdueInterestPaidFirst=true option.
2. Start Mifos.
3. Select Loan Account in which all installments are overdue.
4. Apply payment in amount equal to repay all interests.
5. Check interest balance.
Expected result:
Balance of interest is 0, after repaying all interest.
Actual result:
Balance has negative amount because it is a subtraction between original amount of interest and amount of paid interest (amount paid is greater because of overdue and this is a Declining Balance Interest Recalculation loan).
