Description:

Currently, if you try to generate Closed Loans report which is now embedded in Mifos then in Center dropdown, Groups are displayed instead of centers.

Repro:
1. Go to Reports tab.
2. Click on Closed Loans report.
3. Fill all necessary fields and select Loan Officer.
4. Try to select Center.

Expected result:
It is possible to select center and generate report.

Actual result:
It is not possible to select center because groups are displayed in dropdown instead of centers.
