Description: Some design decision needed first.

When looking at individual lending apps at GK, Enda and Al Majmoua it seems that a typical client search would be by Identifying Type (passport, gov id) and then the Id itself.

Does this seem right to you Vishwas?  If so how would we implement it on the database?
