There are now read and update permissions added for Additional Data table and security checks that user is authorized.
Note that there isn't a create additional data api that adds these permissions (they are done manually at the moment).
Also, this functionality will be replaced soon by the more generable data tables functionality which will automatically add permissions when registering/unregistered new user defined tables.
