Description:	During the Sept 13, 2012 User Meetup, Miguel expressed the need to support the following: Create penalties based on principal and interest overdue (not including fees/penalties) Kongalend has monthly fees - principle plus interest + overdue fees on loan schedule If apply daily penalty - penalty will always be the same - based on interest and principle overdue and not the penalty itself (won't be compounding itself over and over) This would be adding a fifth penalty calculation method.
