It would add great flexibility to ably apply a penalty as it was before, of varying amount say 20,000 Ugx on the actual Loan for say Property Security Visit, Phone Call Charge as opposed automated Loan Penalty.
I think flexibility to have both Misc Fees/ Penalties (as it was before) & Automated Penalties applied to loans would be helpful functionality.
