Michal, this is about ability to transfer loan officers.
Right now relationship in mifosx by design is that loan officer is related to a loan (and not the client like on mifos)
So need to understand the types of transfer supported
1. transfer loan officer from one branch to another
2. transfer loan officer off of this loan and replace with different loan officer
3. Possibility to replace in bulk loan officer on all (active loans) with new loan officer (as loan officer may of left org etc)
I would expect that you need to talk with vishwas and (hopefully john/I can talk with you also) before starting into this for futher understanding.
