Description:

Validation on Review Transaction page is not working properly.
Repro:
1. Open any group with group loan.
2. Click on Disburse loan.
3. Fill all mandatory fields instead of Mode of payment.
4. Click on Review transaction and then Submit.
Expected result:
Correct validation message appears.
Actual result:
Only red dot is displayed.
