I'm neutral on closing it. Does it help you to close it? The idea was to have a bucket that 'group' or 'Mifos' related requirements could be gathered into. i.e. the reqs gathering process that Lukasz and others are doing.
Probably Lukasz would organise it differently anyway. So, if it helps you, I'll close it now.
