At a high level, we would need the ability to
1) Mark an existing customer as a Guarantor for a loan (Would probably be the most common requirement)
2) Add details of a new Guarantor for a loan (where the Guarantor is not an existing customer. Need to ask around to see how common this requirement is)
3) Other usability goodies like showing a list of clients/loans and respective statuses for whom the current customer serves as a guarantor in the Client view This may be a bit of an overkill
