Repro:

Prepare
Create
xls file
which has wrong date format e
.
g. in "Trans.Date" column enter date 10/23/2012 and set cell format as DD/MM/2012.
#Go to Admin tab and import file using Import transactions link.
#Click review.
Expected result:
It

possible to import transactions
displayed: "Incorrect date format in row # and cloumn #"
.
