Description:

Bad format date in Closed Loans report. It is not possible to generate report for each date.
Repro:
1. Go to Reports tab.
2. Choose Closed Loans report.
3. Select e.g. Start Date 01/10/2012 and End Date 15/10/2012.
4. Note that Mifos take it as 10/01/2012 and 10/15/2012.
5. Try to choose Branch.
Actual Result:
Stack trace appears. See attached file.
Expected Result:
It is possible to generate report.
