Description:

After upgrading Mifos from 2.4.1 to 2.5.0, there is an error in logs during Mifos startup (Failed to apply Mifos-5632 fix).
Repro:
1. Use database from version 2.4.1
2. Start Mifos 2.5.0.
3. Check Jetty log.
Actual result:
There is a stack trace with null pointer exception and message "Failed to apply Mifos-5632 fix". See attached file.
Expected result:
No errors in log during startup.
