Description:

Validation is missing while entering characters meeting schedule.
Does not depend on browser.

Repro:
1. Choose Create center on home page
2. Go to Meeting Schedule section
3. Pick weekly frequency, select day of meeting
4. Try to enter letters into Recur every ___ weeks

The same for months and days.

Result:
Stack trace appears. See attached file.

Expected result:
Validation message appears.
