This looks good. I like that you didnt opt to put in effort around the 'hierarchy' of accounts opting to let the natural approach through GL codes do the job.
The only things I could pick at were the following which are much ado about nothing and subjective - just putting them in for feedback is all and not expecting you to do anything about them:
1. longer input field for account name on add account dialog
2. Detail versus Header ? Not too familiar with account so some info on when I should use header of detail would be of use - this might be obvious to the normal accounting user though
3. if selected on liabilities tab - when clicking add account, nice to default classification to liabilities
4. GLCode before 'account name' for data input?
5. when adding account of given type, nice to tab into that account by default when reloading
