Repro: 1. Change Mifos locale to e.g. Portugese 2. Go to Admin -> Redo Loan Disbursal 3. Select Loan product 4. Fill all necessary fields 5. Try to continue on page with installments Expected result: It is possible to go to the next page. Actual result: Validation errors appears for all installments and it is not possible to continue.
