Description: Sum of interest on Group loan account is different than on sum of interest on member accounts.

Repro:
1. Create GLIM account with 2 members (1st member amount 1111 and 2nd member amount 4321, Interest Rate Type:  Flat, Interest rate: 21% APR, 8 Installments, Monthly frequency).
2. Check Group Loan schedule nad members schedules.

Expected result:
760 interest amount on Group loan account and sum on interest amount on member accounts is the same.

Actual result:
760 interest amount on Group loan account and on 1st account is 156 and on 2nd is 605, so sum is 761.

Note:
As a result of this difference, it is not possible to close member account when second member has already been closed.
