Description: Repro:

1. Create a loan with 3 clients.
2. Loans are with the amount of 200,300 and 500 sum is 1000.
3. Product is with a flat interest of 21% and over a period of 10 payments (interest 1.75% per month).
4. Create also the same loan, but now it should also have fee amount 1.

Expected result:
Interest rate on group and members account should be  175  176 .

Actual result:
Client with fee has interest 175 but client without fee has interest 176. See attachments.
