Description: Add functionality like we have for loan transactions which allows a user For now allow heavensfamily  to  'correct'/contra an existing  delete previous  office  transfer transaction  transactions put in .  this is enough for now and when full accounting integration supports comes in - we would move heavens family to using that and delete this concept.
