Validation appears when try to add charges to group or client.
Moreover sum for whole group and for individual clients in group should be on one page (currently it is divided on two pages).
- Only if it takes not a lot of time.
Repro:
1. Open any group/client details page.
2. Click on View details under Group charges.
3. Try to add penalty or fee.
4. Validation appears that amount should sum to amount which you have specified.
Note: This error is not only on new glim account but also on individual clients, who are not members of any group and do not have any group loan.
Actual result: Validation appears.
Expected result: It should be possible to add charges to client/group with/without new glim account.
