Description: In regards to the new client age validation feature:

From Sam:

An idea for future enhancement is to make it possible for the ERROR message to
be a WARNING that notifies the user that the age is more than a certain amount,
but does not prevent creating this client.

From Michal:
My idea for resolving this is to add a boolean configuration property that will describe  whether, when creating a client that is out of min-max age bounds  whetherthe system  will return an error message or just a warning that allows addning a client
