Ashok, reopening this as spotted a problem:
Steps to repeat:
Approve loan application (with loan officer assigned) -results history table having entry with start date, no end date
The 'Assign loan officer' function can be used to update the entry if it was wrong, e.g. Assign the same loan officer but provide different date should result in update to entry
What I get however is:
The Loan Officer assignment date (2012,3,7) cannot be before previous Loan Officer unassigned date (2013,3,8).
The issue:
The jodas new LocalDate is used in LoanOfficerAssignmentHistory.java
I left FIXME in there explaing what is wrong and also FIXME in reassignLoanOfficer method of Loan.java refering to usage of getters to get data and then act on it
