During import weekly loan, on loan details page frequency is set as monthly.

Repro:
1. Create weekly client.
2. Prepare Excel file with loan (frequency weekly).
3. Import File.
4. Open loan details page.

Actual results:
Frequency is monthly.

Expected result:
Frequency of loan is displayed as weekly.
