Unable to reproduce,
Added a new note to a client.
The time displayed was correct based on value in database.
Could you provide more informaton on what server did you perform this? demo server or running localy on your own machine
Be useful to get the database to view entires in m_note table for that client to see what the last_modified date actually is on database.
