Cleanup platform code
1) Remove all Strings (used for JSON input params etc)from important packages like loan, client, loan product, charges etc and use enums/constants instead
2) Use Wrappers for Loan/Client/Office and other commonly used repositories and ensure error handling etc happens at one place
3) All Subresources (notes, clientidentifiers, documents, guarantors, charges etc) reads must first validate if the main resource is present (and throw appropriate errors) before retreving the sub resource by both main resource and sub resource Id
4) Need to ensure that Data scoping is correctly done for reading/updating all sub resources (does user have access to this loan/client?)
