Fixed 2 prpt files. Changes pulled into master branch.
I've also attached those files to this ticket, so that the files can be swaped in war file of mifos 2.6.0
During resolving this ticket I've noticed that most of the reports generated by mifos don't display the logo, when their being generated as HTML. I'll create a separate ticket for resolving this issue.
