Description: Penalty transactions are not reflected in Accounting.
     For example,
            Am doing late payment of 10000 which includes
                    7000 -  Principal
                    2500 -  Interest
                    200   - Fees
                    300  - Penalty
In this all the transactions have entries in financial transaction table but not penalty.
