reopening this one. On the UI pull request i added comment that was getting validation error message and that you should add hidden field. In fact the API should not allow this so we should not support the parameter interestRateFrequencyType when submiting or modifying loan application.
So UI doesnt need the hidden field to pass the info as the API should not support the parameter been passed
