Description: Musoni create loan schedules that have installments that use grace on both principal and interest e.g.  Its  typical  common for loans  to  have a loan with a repayment schedule where the first two installments have zero  be over paid when repayments are deliver through mobile or third parties. 

We need to add support  for  the principal and interest components  this to loans .
