Description: - Support interest calculation for 'Average Daily Balance' with interest calculated/posted in daily/weekly/monthly periods
 - Enable MFI to set interest rate bands where different interest rates are applied depending on the balance of the savings account

Accounting  wise;  integration out of scope for this issue.
