In implementing https://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOSX-213 - left the close scenarios out - There are a number of reasons for why clients would be 'closed'. (death, black-listed (no intention of giving client another loan in the future) etc)

Have to decide on wheter to add these 'reasons' to the status itself or to use a user defined code/code_value to track reasons for closure. (most likely the code/code_value approach)
