Added statuses on clients, groups, centers for PENDING, ACTIVE AND CLOSED along with ability to create a client, group, center in either PENDING or straight to ACTIVE (with provided ACTIVATION DATE).
Theres an ACTIVATE api for clients, groups, centers if they exiting in PENDING state.
