Fixed group UI and API bugs.
1. Group Id and Client Id is populated in m_loan table when loan to client is given in group context. There are two workflows to give loan to a client in group context.
a. Client loan applications (bulk JLG loans ): Single loan product with same loan amount, tenure, interest rate is given to multiple clients in a group.
b. New loan application: In group context a loan is given to single client (JLG).
2. Added foreign key constraints in m_group_client table
