Even with the right error message in place, most folks tend to get confused with the Add a client scree.
Why do you have both first/middle/last name and full name as separate fields they ask. The first/middle/last names are for "Individual" clients and the "fullname/business names" are for "Corporate Clients"
we tell them.
I guess we could let the screen tell them that instead. The current screen is attached and proposed alternative can be found at https://openmf.mybalsamiq.com/mockups/870139.png?key=8378039401411518f98b27a2068867a9e1895716.
P.S: Sending the right JSON structure and selecting the right radio button based on whether "fullname" or "firstname","lastname" are returned by the API requires a bit of nosedive into the _javascript_ code that creates the JSON for the eventual ajax create client requests(looking at the js for creating loan products, especially the mapping accounts to loan products bit might help..Administration->organization->Add Loan Product->Accounting)
