Description:

Reproduction steps:
1. Having a weekly loan account with due for client in center with weekly meetings.
2. On the day of the meeting repay via apply payment.
3. View Repayment schedule
3. Change the meeting day for the center (for example: from wednesday to monday)
4. View the Repayment schedule again.
5. Notice the mismatches between simmilar to those on screenshots attached

Fixing this issue requires diagnosig the bechaviour of mifos when changing meeting days.
