Updated API doc with command associateClients and disassociateClients details.
The disassociateClients command API validates if a client has got any group loans (JLG loans) with the group from which it is going to be disassociated. Let me know if we need to handle any other scenarios with respect to JLG loans.
P.S. The disassociate clients is separate from moving a client from one group to another, moving clients command will be implemented as and when we get specs around it.
