Description:

Currently, test servers often break down because of executing all rollback scripts during every deployment. For example, if user adds question group attached to Close Loan, than the next deployment fails because of constraint violation (rollback script tries to remove event sources which already have connections in the database). It would be a good idea to disable executing rollback scripts during deployment on test servers.
