One of the easiest ways to deploy the Mifos X platform is via a public Amazon Machine Image (AMI). Via this public EC2 AMI - it's as simple as a clicking a few links and a pre-configured Mifos X instance will be deployed in an Amazon EC2 cloud environment.
There are a few parameters though that must be configured to access the instance via a custom URL.
This tasks involves creating a basic How To Guide for deploying this AMI and being able to run Mifos X from a human-friendly URL. Bonus tasks can include more complex EC2 configuration, security settings, and other cloud maintenance.
The AMI deployment guide made by Conflux for the Mifos 2.x AMI can be used a reference. This will basically be a condensed version of that in wiki format and for Mifos X - https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B2RLlOWe5cXvckFPWGd1TUtKczg
