Description: Navigate to the Code screen as follows: Administration -> System -> View Code    

Here, click on Add/Edit code value for any "Code" (which has code values present)

Not able to figure out how existing code values are to be modified/edited. There is verbiage on the page that says "Click to edit Code Values", not sure where exactly we need to click for editing a code value (also not consistent with the rest of the application)
