Description: Whilst TEVI will not use the accounting integration aspect of the platform (first off at least) they do whis for partial payments to be paid off in the following order: 
 - Interest
 - Principal
 - Penalities
 - Fees

 Support for this will have to be have to be implemented by COSM in backend/API.
