[Mifos-issues] [JIRA] (MIFOSX-379) For applying "New Loan Application", if loan product currency is in US Dollars the charges applied is in Indian Rupees also, it is accepting.

Description: 1. Click on client and select any client from the list.(eg. Saintpeter Y)
2. click on New loan application -> select Product (eg. Agricultural Equipment Loan) in which currency defined as US Dollars.
3.Enter valid inputs in all textfields, and in charges, select "processing fee" (which is already defined in "Indian Rupees") = 200.56 ? and click on save button.
4. Page is getting displayed showing "Pending approval (1)".
5. Approve and Disburse the loan.
6.  In the above procedure no where  After loan Disbursement if charges are applyed, then  error message displayed showing "error.msg.loanCharge.attach.to.loan.invalid.currency".
