Description:

1. Create "new loan product",
2. Click on "new loan application" -> select newly created loan product -> modify/check all the text fields and click on save buttons.
3. Click on "Add loan charge" tab and add charges >two.
eg. Finance fee - at the time of Disbursement - ?125.
Processing fee - at the time of Disbursement - ?100.
Maintenance charge- Specified due date - ?1% of amount.(amount it will take as loan amount, and specified due date between loan start and end date).
Click on save button.
4. Loan application got submitted and at "Pending Approval" state.
5. Click on change loan application - New loan application page is displayed.
6. Do not modify anything and click save button.
7. Error message displayed showing "Charge 2: amount is mandatory" and
Charge 3: amount is mandatory.
